How should I read these: 3 ^ 4 , 2 ^ 3

I have a problem with reading numbers with exponents such as:

Hi,
I've neve heard '3 power 4'.

I'd say '3 to the power of 4', '3 to the fourth power', or more commonly, '3 to the fourth'.

yeah you r right, but some times for simplicity instead of saying "3 to the power of 4" it can be said "3 power 4" just for simplification
