How should I explain this feeling?

I have this feeling but how should I explain?

My mouthpiece I wear at night to prevent from grinding my teeth feels tight if I haven't worn it in a few days. I can feel the pressure like my teeth don't fit into it correctly.

That's a pretty clear description. If you're looking for single words to describe the feeling, tightness and pressure are good. Also discomfort, and you could say that the mouthpiece feels uncomfortable, tight, or ill-fitting.
