HOW : Relative pronoun or Relative adverb?

@CJ, thank you very much for your excellent answer. Could you please tell me what's the difference between complement of a verb and complement of an adjective? With examples please.

The complement always follows the head word of a phrase. If the head is a verb, its complement is "a complement of a verb". If the head is an adjective, its complement is "a complement of an adjective".
