"how radically different my life would turn out to be."

Hi all

Does this sentence sound natural? I am wondering if I need to add "to be" to the end of the sentence.

When I finished college, I never thought how radically different my life would turn out to be.

Thank you for your help.

Best wishes

The sentence is incomplete. It should be, for example: When I finished college, I never thought about how radically different my life would be just because I had a piece of paper with the word "degree" on it.
