how quick / ly someone gets used to something

Hi there, I have said the following: "It is interesting how quick they get used to....". I was wondering if I have to use quickly here. As I describe "get used to" with it. Thanks!

"Quickly" is correct there, but "quick" is almost invariable in speech, so much so that "quickly" can sound overnice. Always use "quickly" in writing in that context. Bear in mind, though, that there are other contexts where "quick" is the right adverb, such as "The frog moved quicker and quicker as the water grew hotter."
