how one is not to get nervous while speaking infront of a group of people?

hello guys, I would like some tips about how one could be confident in debating or any such thing infront of the judges,

... technically, I think:

- Know one of the first things you are going to say; one of the last things you are going to say; and three things in the middle

- Try to forget that it is a panel or an audience; imagine that you are talking to a friend or maybe just one person in the audience
