Which are correct:

1-How much work does he have that he can't get more than five hours of sleep every night?
2-How much work does he have for him not to get more than five hours of sleep every night?
3-How much work does he have so that he can't get more than five hours of sleep every night?

4-How much work does he have that keeps him from getting more than five hours of sleep every night?

They all seem possible, but the sentence structure is rather unusual and feels slightly awkward to me. Having said that, I can imagine using it in conversation (probably with a faint sense that the sentence didn't quite work out perfectly), and I can't immediately see an easy way to make it more elegant. I'd probably say "five hours' sleep" rather than "five hours of sleep".

I would accept all of them, but the first and the last strike me as the most natural. I would say the first one. I think that one is the best.

This is an informal way of speaking, by the way.

More formally, perhaps:
Does he really have so much work that he can't reasonably get more ...?
