How much percent

Hello.

I really wonder how to ask questions where we use "how much percent". For example, what's correct: "How much percent are you crazy? How much percent kind are you?" Though I heard it's not right making of questions with "how much" and a sentence should consist of "what is the percentage". But how to make a right question to a person?

Thanks.
