Hi Mr. Tom,

When you can count them, use "how many."

How many holidays does your company give you? We get 10 holidays as paid time off, and another 80 hours of vacation time. You can count the days.

How much holiday time do you have on the books = how much time can you take for vacation? Although you can count hours, you can't count "time."
