How much does an entertainment atty. cost?...someone wants to option the movie rights of my book

Someone called me out of the blue wanting to option the movie rights to a
biography I wrote, "The Doctor Who Cures Cancer."
How much can I expect it to cost me to hire an attorney? And is it advisable to hire one to merely review the contract presented by the other party rather than having my attorney prepare the paperwork?

I basically want to get enough money to cover my attorney costs.
