How many ungrammatical and unnatural sentences are there in these seven examples? And why is each of the examples correct or wrong?

b) My father came home earlier than I today.
c) The restaurant was pretty more expensive then I thought.
d) Tom and Tina are twins. Tom is the taller of the two girls.
e) My final exam score is higher than Mina this time.
