Every of your #1 statements would be a part of Conditional Sentences: "He said that he would come tomorrow, if he feels better". Every of your #3 statement requires "back" or "again" in between of COMING and TOMORROW. Taking into account previous remarks every statement of your block 2 , would be for ex.

Is your question related to conditionals or reported speech?

This is important because some of your examples are fine if we interpret them as indirect speech and yet others might work in conditionals.

Hello

As Ivanhr states the context of your phrases are very important.

This first group look like reported speech, they answer the question “what did he say?”

1."He said that he would come tomorrow"
2."He said that he will come tomorrow"
3."He said that he is coming tomorrow"

This group also look like informal reported speech.

I don't think this group make any sense even with stretched imagination.

1."He'll say that he would come tomorrow"

2."He'll say that he will come tomorrow"
3."He'll say that he is coming tomorrow"

Why?
In each case, you are thinking about what he will say if/when asked.

1 is okay with a conditional. He'll say that he would come tomorr

Hi Barbara,
Simply based on the single line context, I did ponder on them for a few minutes trying to stitch them into some contexts so that they make sense. If we were to add an "if" question to create a conditional (according to the type 1, 2,and 3 rules), then they may be treading in the subtunctive water. After reading your comments, I think # 2 indeed makes sense (as an indictive).

Hi everyone.Only first ones of these sentences are correct,so with would.Altough you become with first tense to sentence, you should finish with same tense. But you can say that---for example on sentence of number 2. He said I will come tomorrow or He said I am coming tomorrow Tense does not matter to these 2 sentences. My english isn't very well.I hope you understand me.Take care
