how many boys

Could I ask several questions, please?

Q1:
Which of the following sentences is grammatically correct?
"How many boys want to go there?"
"How many boys wants to go there?"

Q2:
Are the two sentences correct?
"Which of the following sentences is grammatically correct?"
"Which of the following sentences are grammatically correct?"

Q3:
In Asia, if students in a class want to stand up and greet their teacher, and the class leader has to give the order, what does he say? "All rise." or "Stand up"

Q4:
If a child in a class wants to go to the bathroom, he says "May I go to the bathroom, please?"
What will his teacher respond? "Go ahead?" or anything else?

Q5:
If my friend visits me, and she will stay in my city, Bangkok, for 2 weeks, should I say "Hope you enjoy your trip in Bangkok." or "Hope you'll enjoy your trip in Bangkok."
Or should I say "Hope you enjoy your stay in Bangkok." or "Hope you''ll enjoy your stay in Bangkok."?

" How many boy s w ant... " The first is fine if the speaker knows that only one sentence is correct. The second is fine if s/he knows that more than one is correct.
