0 Thank you. It seems some abbreviations are very foreign to me and haven't seen them used that many in my life. Where did a person who wrote this real estate listing advertisement possibly get the information for all those abbreviations? Hrdw for Hardwood, flrs for floors and LR for Livingroom are all very unfamilar to me. Is it an arbitrary choice? What is an acceptable abbreviation and what i
