"...how long you will" or "...how long will you..."

I can't figure the correct form:

"I ask myself how long you will wait for him."

or

"I ask myself how long will you wait for him."

Which one is correct?

In my opinion, "How long will you wait for him" is the correct one..

compare with this sentence:
"Do you know how far is your school from here?"

"I don't know how far it is from here"
