I find this question interesting, because we get many questions like this, adult English learners asking for a single word in English that describes a rather involved situation. Apparently this is common in other languages, that is, to have a single, special word for a rather involved activity, process, or situation. In English this is not common. The English language is not set up so that a single word can be used to describe an involved activity.

For example, although you can say in English: "I want to limit my sleep." or "I want to limit my 'z's'.", in an attempt to approximate this idea of a single word for "length of sleep time.", these are stopgap-type approximations and don't come anywhere near what other languages offer in this area. There is essentially no single word in English for "length of the sleep period."
