How long ... haven't/didn't

Hi

Is it OK to ask: What was the longest time that you haven't/didn't talked to anyone? (is "haven't" or "didn't" better?)

How about: How long haven't/didn't you talked to anyone? (is it possible to add "ever" somewhere in this sentence?)

Thanks

"ever" is not really necessary, but you could add it before "gone".
