How long did you or have you planned

Hi teachers,

1. If you're now in the middle of a lunch with a friend -

How long have planned this lunch?

How long did you plan this lunch?

How long had you planned this lunch?

2. You plan on telling me the truth anytime soon?

Is it "Do you plan on ....?" or "Did you plan on.....?"

Thanks
