How Link in Power Point

I need help..I want to know, how can I put a link in a power point slide?

Have you tried simply copying the website address from the address bar, and pasting it into a text box?

If that doesn't work, try enclosing it in angle brackets, i.e. <webaddress>

First, I have to write correctly my subject again (I think I was wrong), is: How to put a link in Power Point file. (is right?).

The link that I want to insert in a Power Point document, is an Excel sheet.When I try to insert the file, I can not open it appropiately later. There is another way to do it? I did through "insert" and then "hyperlink", there, I l

That sounds odd. Did you do it like this:

1. Go to the slide in question.

2. Insert a text box.

3. Click on the text box.

4. Go to Insert | Hyperlink

5. Select <Choose Existing File...>

6. Browse to your Excel file.

7. Select file.

8. Go to the <Text to Display> box and insert the name you wan

I was trying to do in that way but I do not know what I was doing wrong, but finally I did it. Thanks for your support Mr. Pedantic.

You can simply highlight the text/picture you want to link, then press Ctrl + K.
