How learn English?

Hello! I'm an italian girl and I want to become a doctor when I will finish high school. In my town the university of medicine is very hard to frequent because there is a very difficult exam for entering it. So I have decided to frequent an university abroad, but it's impossible! I should study every subject in English and I don't speak absolutly English very well! So how should I do to speak more fluently English? Do you have some suggesting?

Hi, To the first I can say, even if you have only 5 minutes a day, you can still make progress in English. It's far better to spend a little time each day to learn a few new words than to give up entirely. Over time these study moments will accumulate.

Anonymous. So I have decided to frequent an university abroad,
Note that we don't 'frequent' a university, we 'attend, go to' or 'study at' a university.

'University' begins with the semi-vowel (glide) /j/; like consonants, it is preceded by 'a', not 'an'.
