How is this correctly written by a native please?

How do you correctly write this?

1 You can't turn the knob anymore clockwise/to the right. The heater is turned up the the maximum. You can only turn it counterclockwise. That is if you want to turn the heat down.

2 The stronger/higher the water pressure the faster you fill up the container.
