How is the best way to write when the sentence has two verbs together

I would like to know which is the best way to write the following sentence:
"I feel so lucky about being her teacher"

"I feel so lucky of being her teacher" No
"I feel so lucky being her teacher" OK. This is best.

I would write, "I feel so lucky to be her teacher." Except I would not use "so" that way.
