How is "so what?" in a sentence?

sorry about how awful my punctuation and stuffs about to look in this english forum..im stupid but im trying

well anyway..i was watching goodfellas just now and this old lady says "One's going East and one's going West, so what?" and within the quotations is my best way writing it as it should be written. would east and west need to be capitalized? seems like too much? is the whole thing a sentence or is it like a statement and a question?

this is the scene:

thanks thanks thanks!
