How I proceed wity my work

Hello,

In referencing a paragraph containing a step-by-step description of my work/project,* would it make sense to say
- What follows is a description of how I proceed with my work?

I mean, do you use that turn of phrase? Should I rather say of how my work is carried out? Are there better alternates?

[EDIT] *I think I should mention that it's an art project.

Thank you so much for your help
H.

Thank you.

"A description of my work" can be said of a lot of things: paintings, sculptures, etc. It has a certain static ring to my ear (but perhaps I'm hearing it wrong).

I think it is verbose and unnecessary. What I have given you is common, standard and idiomatic.
