how hot or what temperature?

Can you let me know how to express the phrases and questions?

1The dish washer washes dishes at a maximum setting of 70 degrees Celsius. I really don't know how hot that is.

This is not unnatural, but a more formal version would be, "What is the temperature of boiling water?"
A scientist would probably ask, "At what temperature does water boil on Mars?"

"Running water" has a few meanings.
You're right. We do say "run the plates etc."
If we say "run the plates under hot water," I believe that in most communities that would mean "pass the plates under/through a "good" stream of hot water. It may take more than one pass to do the job.
