How does "What would eat for dinner tonight?" sound?

Would you pass me the salt?
Could you help me out?
.
.
.

I have learned that 'could' and 'would' can be used for politeness and I was wondering if the following examples should be considered as polite versions or not?

What would eat for dinner tonight?
What question would you ask?
What would you do tomorrow?
.
.
.

I do not think those sentences are for politeness and then when could I use those with 'would' instead of 'will'?

Thank you so much as usual.
