How does this look?

As evidenced by the extract from the Cession contract No. 3 of December 19, 2013, cedent Company A cedes and cessionary Company B accepts claims incurred as a result of commercial activities by the cedent. Such claims are current or possible in the future claims by the cedent against the debtors of the cedent indicated in the attachment No. 1 of the contract with regard to the repayment of loans.

Is this understandable?

Thanks!

The English seems OK, but . . .

But I don't understand the meaning of parts of it.
eg I've heard of incurring a debt, but not of incurring a claim.

What's the difference between incurring a claim and raising a claim?
