How does fair is foul, foul is fair Show itself in macbeth PLS

it just that i havent learnt macbeth and i only no a brief stuff about macbath in english and in drama can u help me how does it show itself macbeth (fair is foul, foul is fair)

Does the modern "knock, knock, who's there" jokes go as far back as Shakespeare's time?

I'm not aware of a connection; and the use of 'knock, knock' in 'Macbeth' seems unlike the use in the joke. The scene is more akin to a masque, where representative characters are introduced one by one.

But children's games do sometimes have a surprisingly long history, so I wouldn't discount the possibility.
