How does an american would say that?

Linda is wearing a white skirt with a red belt. or Linda is wearing a white skirt and a red belt.

Which one? The sentence with (with) or the sentence with (and)? or it doesn´t matter! They can say in both ways.

You can say it either way. (If the belt is attached to the skirt, or meant to be worn with the skirt, use "with." Otherwise, either one is fine.)
