How does a vowel and consonant make a sound?

. . .Auntie Marge's present, see, it's here under. . .

Does the sound “Ma’ be made in the middle of [m] and [?] at the same time,
or does [m] be made earlier and Ma is made on the way to the position of [?],
or does Ma be made at the position of [m] and Ma sound continues to the [?] position?

Do "see" and "under" be made by the same way?

This does not make sense to me. The two sounds follow one another: [m] + [?], that is all.
