But since the question of mine is, "how do you understand those sentences", more clearly, "what are the meaning of those" hasn't been asnwered yet

So, as for the first sentence:
Come and see us if you are ever in London

People hardly say it or if they do, it's in an humorous way, right?

As for the second:
I'm going to stop her ever doing that again

Why do people have to add "ever" here? I think they can write with:

I'm going to stop her from doing that again

Or, the Ever here means forever
