How do you spell...

This is bugging me: How do you spell repore like when you build up a repore a good relationship, a friendly conversation with someone?

I'm listening to an audio book which constantly uses this word and I'm bugged that I can't spell it.
Thanks,
Jeff

(COD11)
rapport /ra"pO;/
· n. a close and harmonious relationship in which there is common understanding.
? ORIGIN C17: Fr., from rapporter ?bring back?.
(the ASCII-IPA version of the pronunciation is /ra'pO:/)

Rapport. It's French, hence the silent /t/.
The person reading the book must need some elocution lessons as well if they're pronouncing it "Repore."
