How do you say this properly using "away from"?

(1) I am five blocks away from your house.

That sentence does not tell people whether you are leaving and going to someone's house. I will try to clarify that this way.

(2) I am five blocks away, going to your house.

(3) I am five blocks away, leaving your house.

What is the correct way of saying this? Thanks a lot.
