How would you correctly write this please?

How much percent does that use up? If I have a 100% battery on laptop and I watch a movie, it uses up 40%.

'What percentage of the battery does that use up?'

In the natural environment, people are more concerned with the remaining battery capacity, rather than the percentage consumed. This is a reversed logic. Compared to our cars, people are more concerned with how much gas is left in the tank, not how much was used. It really doesn't matter "how much percentage) " was used; does it?
