Thank you very much. How do I keep details like parting of lips and suppression of moans and still sound natural?

Such details seem to me to be overblown and florid. If you want to include them. I suggest you just keep the original wording.
To me it is unnatural because it sounds like a sentence from a fourth-rate novel.
