How do you say "graduate from graduate school"?

When someone finishes college we say "he graduated from college".. What do we say when someone finishes MA or Doctoral degree programs?

Top answer

I say finished, completed or received his MA or PHD. I think nobody uses 'graduate' again for the higher degrees.
