How do you respond to these?

Hi,

Please tell me how you would respond to these questions.

1. How is it going?

It is going good.?? It is going well.??

2. How have you been?

I have been doing good.?? I have been doing well?

3. How are you doing?

I am doing good.?? I am doing well.??

Is 'good' used with 'stative??' verbs and 'well' with 'active' verbs?

These are all casual communications, and you can use either 'good' or 'well' here without anyone noticing.

In the UK, you would say either "Good" by itself or "It's going well", but typically not "It's going good".
