How do you punctuate a sign?

In piece of writing i must punctuate a sign but can't find any information on how to do it. Do you use quotation marks or underline. Here is my example...

She looked at the sign on the door of room 321 Welcome to ESL 10 languages spoken here.

I am not sure how to punctuate the entire sentence. Please help. Thank you.

The item you are quoting is not a sentence, but rather a string of three sentences. Whether something like a sign is rendered in quotes or not is a matter of style, and some style manuals could be checked. It is not an absolutely fixed matter in English.

  • Probably you are expected to state: She looked at the sign on the door of room 321.
