00I've learnt from some books that when you're asked by a waiter in a restaurant "How do you like your steak?", there're only the following possible answers:-02br

00Frankly, I'd rather have my steak "cooked" somewhere between "Medium" & "Well done" (80% if I'm quantifying that). Then, how should I answer the waiter?02br
