How do you know vs how did you know

which one is correct to say ..? (a or b ) in the 3 examples bellow :

1] when someone says "Your name is Becca,right"
a- how did u know ; b-how do u know

2] or when someone says " You were drunk last night" how are you supposed to answer ?
a-how do you know ; b-how did you know

3] orr "Your going out with him,arent u"
a- how do you know ; b- how did you know

..i just dont get the difference ! Is there any difference at all ? i mean does it matter which one you use ? Emotion: smile
