How do you give a lemon an orgasm?

Hi!
I just watch a film - The Descent(2005)
And there is a girl says a joke to her friend:

"Hey, how do you give a lemon an orgasm?"
"What do you do? You tickle its citrus."

I understand all the meaning and words verbally but I still can't know the laughing point.
Can anyone give me some explanation to it?
