Is "How do you feel after having told a lie?" correct? Or is "How do you feel after telling a lie?" correct?

A rhetorical question.

I think the person asking this question probably expects an answer; if so, it's not a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhetorical_question.

Could I ask why "How do you feel after telling a lie?" is a rhetorical question? If someone asked you the question, wouldn't you say anything?

If I said something, I would be admitting that I told a lie.
