How do you feel about this sentence?

"Although he is one of the directors who makes little money, he continues his careers as a director until now, so I think that he is great."

Is the sentence natural to native English speakers or should I correct some expressions or grammar?

What do you native English speakers think?

Thank you so much as usual.
