how do you describe this kind of people?

Hi,

just curious if there is phases or adjectives to describe people they are not knowledgeable in customs or cultures. For example, a kid who invites friends come over but do not provide drink or snacks. People in the 21st century still think the earth is flat. People still don't agree on equal rights with social economic backgrounds or races. Could we say they are out of touch of the real world? Still live in their own world?

thanks
