How do you describe a photo, please

Hi teachers, 

Looking at a picture, I ask somebody, "Which one of the two girls is you?"

Here are my questions, please:
- is "is" correct in the sentence above? Could we also say, "Is the person on the left you? or are you on the right?"?

- Could you please tell me how you describe the photo which contains more than two persons, lets say 'five' people?

Yes, and yes. ("Or" should be capitalised though.)
