how do you describe a benefit from ur job?

Hello, I want to ask a word to describe benefit from my job, except salary, but not pension or insurance, such as a free lunch. In my language, it's a bit similar with 'welfare', but that refers to publich welfare, and this one is just for one person. Thank you.

In the UK we call them 'benefits'. (Which is also used in the UK for welfare payments, but nobody gets the two confused). A job will be advertised with a salary and a package of benefits that might include things like health insurance, pension, gym membership, company car etc.

The other word is "perks." Originally, this was perqs, short for perquisites, but now it's just perks. Personally, my favorite one is the free coffee!
