If you don't talk about the proof of beer, How would you naturally say what I'm trying to ask and what would the answer be?

Let's say you are buying beer with a friend and he's look at the beer and since I don't know that brand of beer, I ask him What proof is the beer or What percent is the beer?

You said that "how many proof is beer" is correct. Why did you use many? Isn't proof non countable?

I bought these Popsicles with four different flavors one on top of the other. As I was sucking on the Popsicle, each flavor would break off at the color change and into my mouth as if each flavor was placed onto the last.

Which is correct? I already knew what popsicles were but I had never tired them so which is correct? If both are correct when to use which?

My friend Introduced me to/ turned me onto Popsicles.

Does this rant make any sense? Could you make sense of it? Is the bold correct?

I like long hair but since I met her with very long her, now that she's cut it a bit and is no longer very long, her hair is too short for me on her. If someone else had that length, you would be fine but since I'm used to her having very long hair, hair I would find a decent length on others, I find too short on her.

You don't miss a trick. That's just how I'd expect a native speaker like me to put it. We make the rules—we don't have to follow them. You often hear "many" with "proof" that way.

Is color change understandable to you?

Is the introduce sentence the way you would say it or different?

There is no way to explain 'on her' because you got rid of it. I'd have to continue writing to explain? Is 'at least on her' natural so that I don't have to add the last 2 sentences?
