Oh, thanks Philip, but that's not exactly what I meant. I don't know how to ask yes-no question using 'have to' with the passive voice.

Hi,

Do you perhaps mean that you want to make a question?

eg When does my homework have to be handed in?

eg Does my homework have to be handed in tomorrow?

Thanks, Clive. Can I also do something like this: Have to my homework be handed in tomorrow?', my friends?

No. You must use the helping verb do/does and use inversion. Does my homework have to be handed in tomorrow?
