How do you acknowledge your attendance?

Hello all,

We currently have a new rule of reporting our attendance to our boss via email, i am having problems composing as to how I will begin this email.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,

Hi,

Thank you very much for that information.

How will I compose this email if I have to report to him upon clocking in?
Please do help me correct for any revision:

Good Morning All,

This is to notify that I have reached the office at 8:00 March 09, 2016.

Respectfully,
C. Aguon
