1. Business, 2. Friendly, 3. Neighbor, etc...

So it seems almost same in use during thanking each other with these kinds people?

You can also use: "I really appreciate it." to thank someone, but in speaking.

In writing, you can use: "Thank you for...", "Thank you very much for...", "Many thanks for..." (<-- this way is formal!) Or you can use "Thank you. It's/That's very kind of you."
